We will explore cookie decorating techniques like outlining, flooding, and adding fun details, all while practicing patience, precision, and creative expression. With festive holiday shapes, each family pair will have a chance to make a beautiful (and delicious!) cookie collection to enjoy.

Family Class: Spring Rolls

Join Chef Amy for this hands-on family culinary experience! In this interactive class, you’ll learn how to make colorful, fresh rolls filled with crisp vegetables, herbs, and optional proteins (chicken or shrimp) —perfect for all ages and skill levels. Together, we’ll explore simple knife skills, rolling techniques, and creative ingredient combinations that let everyone personalize their own delicious fresh-roll creations.

To complete the meal, we’ll whip up two crowd-pleasing dipping sauces to accompany our fresh rolls.

By the end of the class, your family will have a beautiful platter of fresh rolls, new kitchen confidence, and a shared culinary memory to take home. Perfect for family bonding, budding young chefs, and anyone who loves fresh, flavorful food!

Let’s get twisting! In this hands-on cooking adventure with Chef Amy, our chefs will learn how to make delicious traditional pretzels from scratch. We will mix, knead, roll, and shape the dough into classic pretzel twists before baking them to golden perfection.

Once our pretzels are ready, we’ll turn them into yummy ham and cheese pretzel sandwiches, just like at a real bakery. Then it’s time for a sweet finish—we will make warm, cinnamon-sugar–coated pretzels for dessert. YUM!

In this fun, hands-on class, kids will learn how handheld foods are enjoyed around the world—starting with Italy’s favorite portable bite: the calzone. Young chefs will mix and roll dough, choose tasty fillings, fold their calzones into perfect pockets, and bake them to golden deliciousness. We will even make our own ranch dressing for dipping! We will then prepare a fresh salad to enjoy with our calzones. It’s a delicious way to spark curiosity, build kitchen confidence, and taste global flavors one handheld treat at a time!

Get ready to roll, fill, and flip! In this hands-on class, kids will learn how to make pupusas—the delightful, cheesy stuffed tortillas from El Salvador. Young chefs will get messy with dough, stuff their own creations with delicious beans and cheese, and cook them up to enjoy hot and fresh. We will also make a fresh Curtido (Salvadoran cabbage slaw) and salsa roja to accompany our pupusas.

Wands at the ready—and aprons on! In this enchanting Halloween-themed cooking class with Chef Amy, young chefs will whip up two spellbinding treats that are as fun to make as they are to eat.

Sweet Mummy Hand Pies – Kids will create spooky-cute hand pies filled with delicious cinnamon apples, then wrap them in buttery pastry “bandages” and decorate them with edible eyes to bring their delicious mummies to life.

Savory Mrs. Weasley’s Hand Pies – Inspired by the comforting magic of the Harry Potter series, we'll make hearty, savory hand pies just like the ones Mrs. Weasley might send in a Howler—stuffed with cozy fillings and shaped with a magical touch.

Throughout the class, kids will learn hands-on kitchen skills including dough handling, safe assembling, and decorative techniques—all in a fun, supportive environment.
