In this hands-on cooking class, kids will learn essential kitchen skills while making three enchanting recipes:

  • Butterbeer Pudding – a rich, creamy dessert with butterscotch flavors.

  • Cornish Pasties – golden, flaky hand pies filled with a savory mixture.

  • Pumpkin Curry Soup – a warm, velvety soup with cozy fall spices and a touch of magic.

Along the way, participants will practice measuring, chopping, mixing, baking, and teamwork while discovering how a little creativity can transform everyday ingredients into something extraordinary.

Wands at the ready—and aprons on! In this enchanting Halloween-themed cooking class with Chef Amy, young chefs will whip up two spellbinding treats that are as fun to make as they are to eat.

Sweet Mummy Hand Pies – Family pairs will create spooky-cute hand pies filled with delicious cinnamon apples, then wrap them in buttery pastry “bandages” and decorate them with edible eyes to bring their delicious mummies to life.

Savory Mrs. Weasley’s Hand Pies – Inspired by the comforting magic of the Harry Potter series, we'll make hearty, savory hand pies just like the ones Mrs. Weasley might send in a Howler—stuffed with cozy fillings and shaped with a magical touch.

Throughout the class, we will learn hands-on kitchen skills including dough handling, safe assembling, and decorative techniques—all in a fun, supportive environment.

Family Class: Taco Teamwork with Chef Amy

Bring your favorite little sous chef and join us for a hands-on family cooking adventure! In this interactive class, adults and kids will work side-by-side to create a delicious Mexican-inspired meal from scratch.

We’ll start by making fresh corn tortillas, learning how to work with masa and press our own warm, tender tortillas. Then we’ll prepare flavorful Chicken Tinga, a classic Mexican dish of tender chicken simmered in a smoky, savory tomato-and-chile sauce. We’ll also make Frijoles Refritos, creamy refried beans that are the perfect companion to our tacos.

Along the way, kids and adults will learn kitchen skills, practice teamwork, and—most importantly—have fun cooking together. Come ready to get your hands messy, share some laughs, and make delicious memories around the table!
