Gather round the table for a fun, hands-on brunch experience with Chef Amy! In this delicious cooking class, we’ll work together to create a show-stopping Dutch baby pancake—crispy on the edges, fluffy in the center, and perfect for topping with fresh fruit or a dusting of powdered sugar.
While the pancake bakes, we will learn how to make sweet-and-savory candied bacon with the perfect caramelized crunch. Then we’ll whip up fluffy egg frittatas packed with flavorful ingredients, practicing knife skills, teamwork, and stovetop safety along the way.
This class is all about sharpening our kitchen skills, sharing tasks, and enjoying the process as much as the meal. At the end, we will sit down to enjoy a beautiful homemade brunch together—and leave with recipes and skills to recreate it at home with the whole family.
Kid classes are for participants ages 8 - 17 years of age.
