Join us in The Dirty Apron kitchen for a hands-on pie-making experience with Chef Amy that’s equal parts cozy and delicious! In this interactive class, we’ll learn how to make homemade pie crust from scratch—mixing, rolling, and shaping dough together as a team.
First, we’ll create a comforting chicken pot pie filled with tender chicken and vegetables in a creamy, savory sauce, all tucked inside a flaky, golden crust. Then we’ll switch gears and use that same dough to make sweet hand pies, filled with fruity goodness and sealed with fun decorative edges.
Along the way, we will practice kitchen safety, teamwork, and baking basics while learning how one versatile dough can create both savory and sweet dishes. We’ll finish by gathering around the table to enjoy our homemade pies and celebrate a job well done.
Family classes require all children to be accompanied by an adult for the duration of class. This class is meant for families with supervised children 5 years and up. A single booking covers admission for one family member 21+ and one child.
