A lifelong Alaskan, Amy has been a foodie since she can remember. Coming from a big family, food has always been an important way to stay connected with one another, in good times and in sad. She hopes that sharing this passion will create a similar sense of community in each Dirty Apron class, celebrating high quality ingredients in delicious recipes.

Born and raised in Alaska and a self-proclaimed foodie! Fostering a love of travel and adventure, she spent seven years living in Hawaii and now travels the country full-time in an RV with her husband.

Veteran of the Air Force, master hot sauce maker, and most importantly Amy’s husband! He quit his decade long career working in the oil field to pursue this dream. Come say hi to him on the retail side - he’s one of the friendliest people you’ll ever meet!
