Get ready for a delicious adventure around the world—in England! In this hands-on cooking class, young chefs will discover the fun of making handheld foods, by making classic English hand pies. Participants will learn how to mix and roll their own flaky dough, create a savory beef filling, and shape their pies into golden, flaky treats. Next we will make our own fruit filling for a sweet version of this perfect pocket. Great for curious cooks of all skill levels, this class serves up confidence, culture, and plenty of scrumptious bites!
This class is during ASD spring break. Kid classes are for participants ages 8 - 17 years of age.
