We’ll learn to blend our own Berebere, the fragrant spice blend used in authentic cooking along with Niter Kebbah. a lovely spiced butter that will elevate other cuisines as well. Finish the class with a lesson in Injera, the spongy flat bread made of Teff flour. Enjoy eating your meal, Ethiopian style, over a plate of freshly made injera.
