Chef Amy will also teach us to make a delightful mustard cream sauce to accompany this delicious dish.
You’ll learn the techniques to pound, bread, and fry schnitzel to perfection, and how to make spaetzle from scratch—boiled and then lightly pan-fried for that perfect bite.
